Most of the industry concern about industrial relations with systematically and according to rules and regulations and used by union and employees to determine other condition of employments. main concern is employers how treat to other party of their employees.
There are four kind of relation at the industrial relationship,
1. Labour relation,
this kind of relationship define is between employees and employers have good understanding each other.
2. group relationship
Also this kind of relationship define relations between various groups of employees. some other parties is supervisors, quality controllers, technical persons and leaders according to my understanding in this category .
3. Employer-employee relations,
this relationship define is between the management and employees are good understanding each other .
4. Community relations between the industry and the society.
similarity group of people is in society and industry will adept their cultural and organization
