Most of the industry concern about industrial relations with systematically and according to rules and regulations and used by union and employees to determine other condition of employments. main concern is employers how treat to other party of their employees.
There are four kind of relation at the industrial relationship,
1. Labour relation,
this kind of relationship define is between employees and employers have good understanding each other.
2. group relationship

3. Employer-employee relations,
