INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ,

                                         Most of the industry concern about industrial relations with systematically and according to rules and regulations and used by union and employees to determine other condition of employments. main concern is employers how treat to other party of their  employees.

        There are four kind of  relation at the industrial relationship, 

                  1. Labour relation,

                                              this kind of relationship define  is  between employees and employers have good understanding each other.

                    2. group relationship

 Also this kind of relationship define  relations between various groups of employees. some other parties is supervisors, quality controllers, technical persons and leaders  according to my understanding  in this category . 

                    3. Employer-employee relations,

this relationship  define is between the management and employees are good  understanding  each  other .                                                                                                       

                    4. Community  relations between the industry and the society. 

     similarity  group of people is in society and industry  will adept their cultural and organization   


 industrial relations increase  the morale of the employees and motivate the workers to work more efficiently. Management And Union leaders ,Industrial relations minimize issues between unions and management. employees are better organize to react when enters the workplace when they are aware of their human  rights and responsibilities. When deciding how much information to disclose and how much support to provide, it is carefully consider both the employers and employees' rights to privacy and confidentiality. There will be different  for each violent occurrence, so not all of them will require the same response or amount of disclosure. Every attempt should be made to strike a fair balance between protecting someone's privacy and maintaining workplace safety.

  1. The majority of the industry is concerned with how industrial relations are managed by unions and employees to decide other terms of employment in a methodical, lawful manner. The primary problem is how employers treat the other members of their workforce. Blog need s to be neat and references and details should be clear .   5. An employer-employee relationship is in the best interest of both parties. Otherwise, employees are inclined to reach goals through union processes in any problem, whether fair or unfair. Because of this, both parties have suffered damage. There are many examples of the loss of service and the company's bankruptcy. By maintaining an understanding relationship as described in the article, many questions can be answered in a way that both parties agree.
