                                                  Most of the industry yearly evaluate the their employees  performance . it will be a good for employee and factory management also

When that effect is multiplied by the entirety of your workforce, it creates a lasting impact on your company.

                     There are three stage in performance management process, in most of different different industry following this stages,
        1. Coaching 
        2. Corrective action 
        3. Termination

Coaching,
          This stage of coaching management of industry will set the goal of company and 
success of employees carrier and improve their skills' Coaching involves training, outlining standards and goals


Corrective Action,
              employee can not achieve the company   standards and expectations of the position after coaching from head of department , the next stage is  corrective action.

 manager and employee to work together to find the reasons for poor performance and develop a next plan to improve the goal.

Termination,

                If coaching and corrective action fail to develop the employee performance , the next stage of the performance management process is terminate  the employee. termination can have a positive effect by improove  team morale in industry due to non performance cant survive in industry like that.

Planning

               This step classifying  for expectations and developing a plan for employees.  should set  goals ,  deadlines, and make clear understanding  how they will impact  to the team and the industrial company.

Monitoring:

           Crucial to achieving goals is consistent monitoring of progress.  want to frequently check in with employees to help work through problems as they arise.

Whether that can be monitor consistently it help employees and managers working together and on the same route.


Reviewing:

   This is the correct identification  for employees and managers to share their  own view on how the week , month or year  look back on the commitment progress and achievements.

Rewarding: 

                  Rewarding employees for their efforts and achievements getting from management  year or quarterly , ,if company do this they  know their talents are appreciated and encourages to continue to perform at a high level.


Conclusion,
                 performance management is the process of one theory to use to get  productive employee activities and get better results .planning , monitoring ,reviewing ,rewarding is mainly good  process to activate employee performance.
