2. cv screening and Pre-selection
The second step applications review and analyzing & the potential candidates. This is done in many ways.
CV Screening
some company needs a candidate with their expected years experience, they will straightaway reject the resumes of new commers. some time they are using recruitment software to screen cv ,
Pre-selection
This is an attractive screening method that filters out all the unsuitable or unqualified applicants. it will help in knowing which candidate is suited for the job role of company.
This ensures that the expectation of the employer and the employee are aligned and thus results in better recruitment.
after the screening of resumes has been done, a e- communication or phone call screening takes place of all the shortlisted candidates. The employer can asks the candidates about their experience and expectations from the company. And also can identify why they are want leave other company
3. Interview
The next step in the recruitment process is the most suitable and the best-known, the manager to find out how suitable they are for that company expected job role.

2.What area did they perform in their previous job & future what they hope to performing?
3. Asking the candidates what actions they realized in previous to take to complete their task up to the expectations?

4. Assessment
conduct the assessment is to give the candidates a test to solve a real practical problem during the recruitment process.
results of all the interviewees it will easy to make decision, giving a point to make the final decision.
5. Background Check and References
In this stage candidates has been filtered out & next step is doing a reference check. After having the interview with the candidates, the industry managers develop a certain perception of them in their minds, and a reference check helps the recruiters to confirm if it is true or not .
6. Decision
This stage is the most important of selected the candidate for the job role . some of companies give chance to a less qualified candidate, due to low cost ,and they try to train them . then organization will hope employee staying at long term in organization.
The decision must be is accurate when the selection is made, if not it will effect to organization. qualification for the job gets selected. After the selected employee, then given the offer to selected candidate.
7. Job Offer & Contract
After the employer has made the decision of selecting the employee, The candidate has to accept the offer of the company to be a join . when the agreement at with employee and employer have to issue offer letter & contract letter.
