Stress management can help to us healthy life, balanced life ,mental and emotional part balance. Almost people deal with some kind of stress due to things like job pressure, family issues, illness, studies, economy issue .

- Make time for hobbies and interests.
- Don't rely on alcohol, drugs, or compulsive behaviors to reduce stress. Drugs and alcohol can stress your body even more.
- Seek out social support. Spend enough time with those you love.

Stress management starts with finding stress in our life. as my understanding identify major stress are changing jobs, moving, or going through a divorce, pinpointing the sources of stress can be more complicated. It's all too easy to overlook how our feelings, and behaviors contribute to stress levels.
Some of stress are unavoidable. we cant change person or change stressors such as the death of closer , a serious illness or down syndrome person . In such cases, the best way to cope with stress is to accept things as they are. Acceptance may be difficult,
Many things in life are beyond our control, one of the behavior of other people. focus on the things we can control such as the way we choose to reacted to problems.
Conclusion,
stress is the majority concern for organizations & individuals, stress management helpful and efficient for our life style.
