HIGHLY ABSENTEESEM IN APPREAL SECTOR

DEFINE THE ABSENTEEISM ,


                   Absenteeism is one of habitual pattern of the some workers in apparel sector .workers are not present in to work place  on time .some of the causes are their family emergencies,  illness and can be scheduled their vacations or etc. . also possible causes are job dissatisfaction.

WHY THE ABSENTEESAM HIGH IN ORGANIZATION

                According to some organization lesser than 5% is acceptable in their organization and some organization acceptable lesser than 3%,it base on appear  their own vision & company regulation. 
             
            Most of  the main reason are in any organization for absenteeism ,

                   1. Employee  overload ,

                                             Employee overload can be happen in every industry during work hours. some of the industry workers not capable to achieve their goal and  task due to work overloaded. less work skill capability  is one of their major  disadvantage to the company.it will create a one of reason for employee absenteeism

                    2. personal related issues ( family related issues),

                               lot of thing happen in workers & family members  due to miss communication .   because  communication are the one of biggest issue in community.
                               another most popular reason for absenteeism get home sickness.it can be happen most of time.it can be avoid make good friends and at workplace good environment   
                               another sincerely cause study is  when they have some one is suffering mentel illness. it is seriously issue and it effective whole family members. this kind of mental illness issue having people need support from the family members. specially down syndrome people.   



                   3. illness ( less health condition )

               illness is  one of serious issue for the absenteeism,  unhealthy condition of human body or mentality issue are most common thing  in apparel industry workers . 

                there are below some of the commonly seen illnesses in apparel sector.

                          1.Kidney disease
                          2.Dementia
                          3.Diabetes
                          4. Allergies
                          5. Cold and flu 
                          6. Diarrhea
                          7. Headaches
                          8. Stomach ache  ( The trustees of Princeton university ,2023)
                                    

                   4. stress,

                                When there are work load high due to under pressure automatically stress will create in workers mind. 
                                it will be effected to physically tired with non energy , non concentrating, difficult of carry of activities and sleep pattern change.
                                  also effected to emotional and mentality, sadness, loss interested with team work,
lonely & hopeless ,also take risk when they are normally taken .  ( unicef for ever child ,2009 )
